As of December 1st, families earning less than $90,000 will be able to apply for the Canada Dental Benefit which will provide up to $1,300 over two years for children under 12 to get the dental care they need. This is the first step in our plan to build a Canada-wide dental care program to make sure everyone who needs dental care can access it.
We’re working hard to make life more affordable for Canadians: we’re also providing rental support to nearly 2 million low-income renters, including students and seniors, with a tax-free payment of $500.
